Calabar Airport Arrival Guide for a Smoother Stay
A little preparation before landing makes a short Calabar trip much easier. Keep your flight details, working phone number, accommodation address and pickup confirmation together.
Before your flight
Send your accommodation the airline, flight number, arrival date and expected landing time. Use a phone number that will remain active after landing. If another person made the reservation, make sure the arriving guest also has the booking name, property phone number and written address.
Arrange pickup early
Confirmed Fingers Bar guests may request one complimentary pickup from Margaret Ekpo International Airport. The request must be made at least six hours before arrival and remains subject to confirmation and vehicle availability. A request is not confirmed until the property team replies with the arrangement.
Allow for changes
Flights can arrive early, run late or change gates. Notify the property as soon as the airline changes your schedule. Keep mobile data or calling credit available and agree on a clear meeting point rather than assuming the driver can enter every airport area.

Fingers Bar Luxury Apartments is approximately three minutes from the airport under normal local conditions. At the property, have the lead guest’s identification and booking confirmation ready. Check-in begins at 12:00 pm and remains subject to room readiness; an earlier arrival should be discussed before travel.
