When you submit a request, Fingers Bar Luxury Apartments stores your name, contact details, requested dates, room, guest counts and optional message so the property owner can review and respond to your enquiry.

What happens to your information

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. The booking desk is restricted to the property owner’s signed-in account. A hashed network identifier may be used to limit repeated submissions. Details are not added to a marketing mailing list by the booking form.

Do not include identity documents, bank details, card numbers or sensitive personal information. WhatsApp and email links open external services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses essential browser storage for core functions and preferences. Google Analytics is optional and is loaded only after you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie preference notice. If you choose “Essential only”, Google Analytics is not loaded. Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation to help us understand site usage and improve the booking experience.

Questions or removal requests

Contact bookings@fingersbarapartments.com about access, corrections or deletion. Requests remain stored until the owner arranges their removal; automatic deletion is not currently configured.
