These terms apply to direct booking requests and stays arranged with Fingers Bar Luxury Apartments, 3 Bassey Ayam Street, Atimbo, Calabar, Nigeria.
Bookings and payment
A booking request is not final until availability and the total amount are confirmed by the property team. Where payment is requested, full payment is due as instructed with the confirmed booking. If payment is received after the selected room becomes unavailable, the payment will be refunded in full.
Rates and occupancy
Published nightly rates include applicable taxes unless a confirmed quote says otherwise. Room occupancy limits, room features and included services are shown on the relevant room page or confirmed directly before payment.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 12:00 noon, subject to room readiness. Standard check-out is 11:50 am. Early check-in and late check-out require approval and may attract an additional charge.
Cancellations, no-shows and date changes
Confirmed date changes are free when requested at least 24 hours before lodging and remain subject to availability. Where a refundable cancellation applies, 90% of the room payment is returned. A guest who does not arrive and gives no communication is not entitled to a refund. For an early departure, eligible unused nights are refunded less 10%.
Guest responsibility
Guests must use the property lawfully, respect staff, other guests and property, and pay for loss or damage caused by them or members of their party. The property may inspect accommodation after a stay. No separate damage deposit is ordinarily charged unless specifically agreed.
Airport pickup and extras
One complimentary airport pickup is included with Governor’s and Presidential Suites when arranged in advance, confirmed by the property and subject to vehicle availability. Other transport, extras or special requests may be quoted separately.
Website information
We aim to keep room descriptions, rates, availability and images accurate. Availability can change before confirmation. Where a supplied image is illustrative rather than a verified photograph of a specific room category, that will be stated on the site.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through the site is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
